Yes, having my details online and available to the rental company. When I got to Budget/Avis they wanted my drivers licence, a copy of a utility bill, or similiar, to verify my address etc. The Drivers licence wasn't an issue but I don't carry around proof of address information so it slowed things done considerably and was frustrating for all
