On most recent booking i received email of acceptance for transfer from queenstown to christchurch. When i went to pick car up i was told agent had cancelled transfercar service. I did not receive cancellation notice. Indeed when i enquired with transfercar i was told i had requested car dunedin to christchurch. Transfer car systems are not correctly processing information and not issuing timely info on service updates.

Nothing as far as I’m concerned - maybe include ferry crossing if you’re struggling to shift the vehicles, but other than that, it was perfect.

I would not recommend using hitch and would never again do a hitch relocation. Terrible communication and we weren’t even able to have the car for 2 full days due to their operating hours. We were charged $40 for secure storage at drop off because we didn’t have the car in Chch by 4pm on a Qtn Chch transfer.
