A bit more security against last minute cancellation. It is basically free so there is always some risk. but there could be some deadline, say 24 hours before. so that one can book air tickets without risk of losing them.

Just the descriptions of the car. We booked thinking it was a commodore so we had ample space for luggage and when we picked up it was a hatch back. We made it work though.

The price is a little high. The car wasnt the best one, kind of old. So if you get cheaper and betters cars will be better. Anyway it was ok.
