The vehicle we thought we were getting was not the one we actually got. Instead of getting an SUV type vehicle we got a 12 seater van which turned out to be ok to drive but wasn’t ideal for just 2 of us.

I was meant to pick up the car at 5 pm from chch airport, I called at 12 to see if I could pick up at 1 as I was having to drop a friend off to airport at 1, they said the car is at site but not ready. I went to pick up at 5, they said it’s a transfer car so doesn’t have to be ready. I was quite puzzled. I couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t let me have at 1 pm, would have saved me a trip.
