Let people know before they book a transfer car that insurance is not normally included.

So we got the lucky and the booking I did had driver and vehicle but when I got they say sorry transfer car have got in wrong it only the vehicle we paid for . And it say full cover insurance was 15 a day but it was 25 a day

The offer on your website was a full tank of fuel, but when we picked up the car the rental company said $50 on return.

explain the hidden cost like insurance and other charges. It's a service after all to benefit both the driver and the car owner but seems like taking a flight from Wellington to Auckland costs about the same as taking a transfer car, not a win win for driver hence.

We weren't let down.The vehicle's pick up ; quality ;performance and drop off were all fine. My reason for giving the 6 (and not a 9) is because of the potential $1500 Insurance Excess Liability we faced.
