It's not very easy to know what resquest it accepted. And it should be better to have the possibility to contact directely the company after a few days. It not depends on your services but I had a few tank of fuel and Britz refused to paid it. Globally, it was a good experience

Let us know we may have to pay parking charges at Airport when we pick up rental and advise proceadure to refund that and instructions to return rental at beginning rather than at return of rental. Otherwise all very good.

Check in was a shambles! stagger check in times there were 60 lots of people trying to check in at the same time.

A few problems with vehicle: ignition on stove didn't always work, gear box wasn't great - acceleration was uneven.

It would be great to have a little more transparency over who the rental operators are before requesting a vehicle. Some rental operators have far better customer service and insurance package deals. Cheers
