Was a little confusing with not all details available when you apply, having a number you could call to answer questions about the specific rental would be great (eg. restrictions on insurance, days car is available outside of given dates)

I love the idea of transfer car and enjoyed my experience but i personally think the insurance fees feel a little hidden and very pricey when we used thrifty and it actually worked out more expensive than hiring a car in the first place. Also felt quite scare mongered by thrifty when collecting car regarding being liable for the tiniest of stone chips and to spend more to reduce excess.

Your email support person I had was not entirely helpful. had the appearance of a robot or not reading my problem as kept giving generic answer. not answering my questions.
