Front counter personal lacked personality. Car smelled of smoke. Don’t like Hyundai’s at all, but otherwise was ok. Would recommend 👍🏻

Perhaps feedback to the rental companies that the van should be ready for pick up at the time advised and not 1.5 hours later. Why? Because I almost missed the ferry to Wellington and wouldve did I not go to the counter and made a fuss. Other than that, it was brilliant. Great concept and will do it again, loved it!

Yes, when I booked it - it said free tank of fuel, but on the same page it still said that if it was not returned full then the deposit would not be refunded. Very confusing.
