When dropping the car at the rental, they wouldnt give me anything as written confirmation that I had returned the car, and in good condition. What safety do i have should they come back with problems on either or both issues? Thx

Only that I arrived at the Nelson airport carpark and didn't know what to do about getting through the barrier arm, parking ticket procedure etc. I ended up backing up and phoning your Nelson office. I was lucky to get an answer because when I walked past the office there was a sign on the door to stay they had popped out.

I would drive a later model suv or car next time.The campervan was very uncomfortable considering we used motels all the way and would continue to do so. Thanks.
