Not all rental companies give good directions to the pickup depot. Perhaps you could provide an email with a click on link that allows the users ph App of choice to receive the POI destination for one click navigation to the pick up. The rental companies are so focused on fly in customers that alternatives never occur to them.

Yes . You mentioned the bond amount $3000 whereas the company said it is $5000. They said it is not our problem even if it was written on mail. Rest everything was fine
