Ensure the expectation of type of car is met. I booked sedan/SUV or similar and got a 12 seater mini van!! Luckily we can drive these, but many might have a problem.

The after sales customer service team is unhelpful and basically nonexistent. Unable to assist or resolve simple requests.

Having the same 24 hour as the rental car firms use. ie rental from 8pm Saturday till Monday 8pm is 48 hours/2 days with transfercar it works out as 3 days.

The person I picked the car up from was very confused so some more communication between yourselves and the car rental companies might be helpful but I persuaded her I was a legitimate person in the end!
