Was a great experience, I would say that the responses seem very automated from Transfercar - as a first time user of this service I was very unsure if things have been sorted. But the I got the confirmation code so then I was happy. Thanks so much you guys saved me at least $150 over two days. Thats a massive saving. Great initiative

It would be great if customers could pay additional to extend the car rental for longer than 2 days!

Dealing with the rental company was fantastic and easy! Having to reapply for vehicles on transfercar each day and being declined without reason and seeing the same vehicles posted day after day was quite frustrating. All in all, can’t complain too much as the rental was free of charge!

We have paid the insurance supposed not to pay any bond. But the PIC asked for $500. When we returned the vehicle to Queenstown, they didn’t refund the bond to us directly. He gave an excuses that the transaction won’t go through in the weekend. The weird part is $1 is refunded but the balance $499 we haven’t received even we wait until Monday .
