the windshield wipers need to be change, everthig else was perfect

transfer car itself was fine... the actual car company was difficult. There were issues on arrival, eg, 'no night driving' contract to sign when this was NOT spelled out on the information on Transfer car website. It was calypso campervans. Also, they had no option for insurance excess reduction - which is not very good.

I thought it would be an easy no catch process but didn’t realise the excess was so high or the windscreen damage. I used it as an option to get from Napier to Taupo but bus would have been a cheaper option given the cost of the petrol

you charged me a fine because of not appearing at the ca rental company but i was there in time and they cancelled it. not me. then i wanted to call you and i ve weitten a mail but there is no answer or service at all.
