I got called and emailed as they couldn’t locate the car. Freaked me out and it was in their yard. Also was charged gas and had to follow up as was not meant to be charged. A bit more checking at the retailers end could a have prevented these problems.

A phone contact in NZ would be helpful although the email contact sufficed....sometimes just need to check a thing or two for an immediate answer.
