Camperman was very disorganized!! My initial question was what the mileage was. Their answer was not to worry because it was a new vehicle. They then gave two different address got it corrected before we arrived to wrong spot. When we arrived at the pick up location the person there had only just heard of our pick up. They were looking for a key to the water tank. Several hours later we were told that we still could not get started because Camperman had yet to pay the full remittance on the vehicle. I will likely use transfercar again and have already made recommendations to others but I have also warned them of Camperman being totally disorganized and very complicated. Durning this process I could not find a way to contact Transfercar to see what recourse I had. It is a great concept but only works well when vendors are organized and honest. I travel to Australia very frequently and will likely do this again but fairly sure not with Camperman. I hope there is no additional complications associated with this trip. I have been assured that Camperman will remimburse me for the limited cooking gear and bedding we purchased. Not sure what to believe!
