Car delivery time past closing hours (key drop off)

Transferred 2 cars, companies replied within an hour and it was an excellent way to travel. When we tried to get a third there were 12 cars shown as available but the companies never responded. I understand this isn't the fault of transfercar itself however it does show me that perhaps there are listings that don't necessarily exist, leaving us questioning the reliability of the service

Service depends on the rental partner (e.g. shuttle to airport service may not be included, depending on the company)
