The hours available for getting/returning a car should reflect the actual hours that the rental places are open...especially from the airports

Some of the cars are super old, maybe it could be mentioned that you might get a 20 year old vehicle or maybe you’ll get a late model vehicle, it could be anything.

It worked well for me. I would like for there to be a register available so that they can contact me for short-notice round-trip transfers i.e. when there are vehicles to be shifted both ways, with maybe just a night or two in between. I would be happy to do this between Nelson and Chch as it would give me a 'free' night or two with family in Chch. Just a thought! Cheers, Trish
