I had the car 2 days but gave it back 15 instead of 10 and got charge one more day witch I think is crazy.

The only thing i would say is processing the refund deposit quicker as we would book another car if we had it back

I didn’t get the car that I supposed to get. They took from me extra 20 dollars for fuel because the tank was not full enough in their opinion. If you would like to get to the airport in Queenstown, they want 15 dollars more for taking you.

Fees shown on transfercar are fraudulent - Hertz demands to pay up for full insurance and does not give the car without paying up. Deposits are not returned on time. Complete BS...
