Transfer car is awesome. I work as a guide and have to commute between Queenstown and Christchurch a lot. Being able to get transfer cars saves me a lot of money! And hopefully helps the rental companies too :)

When I booked, I booked my pickup for very early and my dropoff for very late, not realising that was the time I was supposed to be there.

Yes. 1] Estimated distances displayed are sometimes misleading inaccurate. 2] Rental companies should compensate relocation drivers if they cancel a relocation, after it has already been booked confirmed. This is rare, but really frustrating. Drivers can be penalised if they break contract, what about companies? Otherwise great system. Warwick Graham
