Some rental car companies are better to deal with than others. At present, we are unable to know the name of the rental company until our request has been approved. It would be good to know the name of the rental company before we request.

Maybe give drivers an idea of what audio options are available in their vehicle. We thought we might be able to use Bluetooth but couldn't work out the technical side and there wasn't a manual that we could locate to help us... So we ended up just using our phones to play music on our journey.

There is a lot of hype about cars being free. But they aren't actually, if you have a credit card there is usually a huge bond to pay or else you're paying a daily insurance rate (albeit it is cheap)
