When we booked a car it showed a picture of a 5 door SUV, even stated it in the advert. Then when we picked the car up we were given a Hyundai i30.... we picked that option specifically because it was a bigger car and didn’t get what we booked.

Have an English Language version of the Operators manual for the cars being relocated by English speaking people ! Japanese is Not even well understood by Chinese.

Clear information to the rentals cars about the cars that are advertised with fuel or no fuel. I was almost charged for fuel with the last rental though it was clear that I did not have to top up. That was cleared but had to bring that up with them. If I did not know I could have been easily charged. Other than that, you doing a fabulous job! I have recommended lots of people over the years here in NZ and overseas

I think it should be transparent which car rental company you are dealing with before(!) you actually requesting a car. I do not understand why that is kept secret/not mentioned on the offer.
