Actually everything was really good. Maybe you should put more information about each car, like what is included, but apart for that transfer car is great !

Possibly being able to pick between different insurance coverages? I realize they may vary depending on the company but Apollo had a much better option than the one I was assigned.

The transfer car was very nice! We got a two day rental for Queenstown to Christchurch and when we got to the rental aencey (koocar) they gave us a completely different car than we we told we were going to have and then they told us they needed us to get the car to Christchurch in 8 hours not in 2 days. That by was frustrating just cause they changed so many things on us after accepting us and telling us we had two days. Other than that though the pick up went very smooth and the new car drove very nice.

I think you could improve by not charging a mandatory fee for cancellations. I would like to see a 2 hour period after acceptance where there would be no fee charged. This would give me time to confirm transport in the other direction eg flights. If you would be able to do that it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
