I thought I was being given a small car to transfer but ended up with a big petrol gusling monster. It cost me around $200 including full insurance (my choice). If I had known I wasn't getting the car in the photo I would have caught a plane. That was an expensive trip for a solo passenger.

reduce the excess $2000 is crazy high and the cost of reducing this is A LOT! esp when doing a service for the company. Aside from that you guys are awesome! :)
