I had a surprise insurance fee, and the dropoff instructions were vague. When I arrived, no one was at the booth, and I had to call from a phone to get further instructions. I also never got a confirmation email at the end. But overall, it was great.

The girl at the desk did not inform us properly: 1) about the date hour of return so we lost a full day, 2) did not inform us that Rt.1 from Picton to CC is CLOSED at night!!! SO I had to drive all night a detour!! What a mess!
