Insurance offers are quite different between the rental companies. It would be good to see those details more easily on the front page. ie. The standard insurance excess amount, and their options to reduce the excess.

charged for x2 lots of cleaning totaling $160 when we had already cleaned to car. charged for cleaning and checking of camping equipment which we didn't even touch/use that was mandatory to take. threaten legal action when sent email outlining the above issues and questioning why we should pay for $160 of cleaning fee's

Accuracy of information between the rental car company and what displays - e.g. confusion over how many kms and type of vehicle.

include the bureau phone number for whichever rental company has been assigned. I needed to change my booking and had to look up their phone numbers.
