Rental company kept many charges hidden until pick-up. Emailed invoice did match actual expense. Transfercar should ensure that rental companies are honest with customers.

We had a few cancellations from thl in the last minute which was very disappointing. It threw our plans upside down and also meant we had to cancel other commitments we had already made. Such as other relocations, campsites, motels etc. Although there is some vague wording in their fine print, Thl needs to be more upfront in regards to the possibility of them cancelling at any time for any reason whatsoever.
