The first time we got a transfer car accepted it was all set up ready to go then I get a phone call saying they need it a day earlier, which we only got that car because the dates worked for us

I few information to pick the car wasn’t clear, such as the credit card should have the name of the holder on it (many bank at NZ give a card without that), it was necessary a credit card with the function credit, otherwise you MUST get the full insurance. Those things should be explained before
