The only thing was that on the site I could take a no excess cover however when I asked for this it was not an option and I had to accept a $350 excess? Great service however

Please allow enough time to transfer. We have picked a vehicle from Chch to Auckland we have been allowed only two days. We pick the vehicle on 29th Dec at 11. Am And had to return on 31st mid day. So we liteterly had it two days.

Have found getting alerts difficult but now working fine - brilliant idea and much easier to use than some other earlier sites.

Well, the advertising said one car, then we had an email saying it was another car then on the day it was an entirely different car again. As a consequence we had to keep changing our own plans. Not a big deal but somewhat inconvenient - otherwise will do that again if needs be.
