Not require drivers to pay the whole insurance excess up front. Rather take the credit card details and keep the card in case you need to claim against the driver for damage. Simple

Greater clarity from the rental car as to what the process is. Also staff that know the tranfercar deal once cars are booked and comfirmed. Once got the car no issues just trying to organise and get answers from rental company very difficult.
