There is no live contact button on the website. Sometimes there are questions that need to be addressed and a live chat could easily resolve issues.

An idea for you. A couple of times I have had to rent a car as the dates offered were a few days away from my travel plan. What if I could request a date up to a week further out for the same route?. It may not suit all operators but it may work on some of the major routes where relocation may not be so time critical.

Email reminder of deal and conditions, and options that will be available for insurance the day before pick up.

Allowing a message to be sent to a vehicle supplier before requesting the car. Only allowing after caused some planning issues resulting in a cancellation elsewhere and unnecessary bus tickets.
