More explicit clarity from some suppliers about the terms of their insurance and what it costs to reduce liability. Some provide this and others don't and this is something I would need to be clear about before signing up.

I was completely satisfied with the whole Transfer car system, from ease of booking to car pickup and car drop off. The Apex staff were courteous and helpful at all times.
