Rental agencies are strongly advised to include free insurance and a full tank of petrol. Of course, having a car at your disposal is good, but it's also very convenient for them and they can make this effort.

Maybe just updating what vehicles are available, and communicating what vehicle you've been assigned once the booking is accepted, or what the penalty is if you were not happy with the vehicle and decide not to take it.

Accuracy of client company’s insurance excess reduction payment options. Company was much more flexible than what was stated on the Transfercar booking.

Not Transfercar's fault but the Budget Rentals didn't send me confirmation until the last minute after I chased repeatedly, they said they sent it but didn't, I checked my email and spam over and over. Transfercar were helpful in following up for me. The Budget staff at the desk in Wellington were not aware of the free fuel part until I showed them the Transfercar deal online. The rental car had a very bad intermittent rattle, which I told them about on completion of the journey.
