I had the best of the experiences with the roadtrip I did on the van. Everything was cheaper than I would have thought because of the free rental. The only thing I think could have been better is that it was too hard to comunicate with the car rental agency

I really don't know how more people don't utilise this service. So easy, and have never had a problem. Used it a few times now.

You could have got a 10 if there was a little more flexibility on choice of pick up and or drop off locations. ie Hertz, Budget and the like have multiple business locations maybe there could be an opportunity to take advantage of this?

Facilitated a super easy free rental car on multiple occasions. No hassles at all. So convenient. Actually - reluctant to recommend as if too many people find out about you, I may miss out on future rentals 😉

I asked for roadside recovery for 2 days at $10 per day. I got charged $36, I tried sending an email and haven't had a response. Also the staff at budget rentals airport, weren't that friendly. Just took keys from me & say bye. I asked for an invoice, they said it was emailed to me. I never got it, I check my spam folder often. They disgruntley printed off a copy of my invoice. Still waiting for closure on my query regarding overpaying of $16 :( I even added extra $20 gas in the car & drove 655 km, less than 900 km I was allowed on a full tank of gas.
