The listing stated that the rental included one free full tank of fuel. However, even though the fuel gauge showed “Full,” the range was only 489 km. After I filled the tank myself, the range increased to 545 km. This means the vehicle wasn’t actually full when I received it, and around 50–60 km worth of fuel had already been used. Because the gauge still showed “Full,” I couldn’t tell it wasn’t truly full, which feels misleading.

Vehicle Great
Staff at both Depot Great
Reservations Staff were very frustrating to deal with, I become extremely sick and was not able to stop vomiting and I was extremely nauseous and sleepy.
I called and explained that I do not feel safe driving due to my condition.
The staff just aggressively said - you have agreed to a contract and the vehicle is needed back so you have to drive
The most scary driving experience of my life.

Some of the relocation companies handle security deposits/holds differently. Possibly look at allowing filters to exclude ones that have a higher upfront hold on a card. In the past I used transfercar for 2 different companies, Sixt I can't remember being charged but looking at their terms and conditions the amount held is usually under 1k. Mode rentals takes 3k if no additional insurance is purchased.
