Not sure where this issue lies but on your website it said I had booked a Mitsubishi ASX but the car rental company said it could be any type of car. Given there were other cars listed on your website that say car may vary, it is misleading to say a certain type of car if the car rental company can just change it.

We had such a good experience we would LOVE to transfer a campervan from CAIRNS to MELBOURNE at Christmas time. Can we book this or do we have to wait until the time is closer?

The radio in the car was in Japanese we couldn't get it to change into English. It would have been a long trip Dunedin to Auckland had we not stopped in Oamaru purchased a speaker to play music. The man in Dunedin was very friendly helpful.
