The paperwork said Auckland airport when I went to Ezi they said coz it’s third party it’s meant to be Domestic airport. I was disappointed as it wasn’t my fault as I’d used transfer car before

If operators could provide more free days for transfers that would be great. Also, the gas and elec for hot water did not work in thl motorhome.

Pls Have insurance that includes windscreen and tyres pls. (Was expensive for 3 days return a car process and really should be part of the whole insurance offered.) The Van was very clean and ran pretty well- Glenda (at pickup) was very helpful. I would have liked to have been able to get away earlier but the times offered were limited and adversely affected how far I could travel that day. I do recommend transfer car and am surprised it is not more well known! Will be doing this again!

There was additional services charge included in the hire fee upon the vehicle pickup which didn't show up until the booking confirmation.
