Maybe allow for some changes when unexpected (cancelled flights) things happen and can’t make te agreed pick up time without cancelling the booking

It was a seamless process. The only question I have is if a car is displayed as available and once it has been requested, does this mean it will DEFINITELY be available? Thanks

It was good. The only issue is when you may need to amend the booking: your booking confirmation says that you aren't able to amend the booking in any way, but when I called the rental car company about my booking, they said that only you were able to amend it.
