I couldn't seem to change my booking to include insurance - I did it at pick up so all good but to change online would be better

Rentals sometimes dont enter the bookings on their system.. we get there n they dont known what we r talking about.. they even say it's not their problem if the booking is not on the system. Apart from that all good.

Maybe in the fine print, put in there that if it's a transfercar it's a $300 bond. It does not say that, it says $250.
