I’m really pissed off at thl. I paid for an extra day but returned a full day early but they wouldn’t give me my $50 back. A big corporate that can’t do the right thing regardless of the t and c I don’t want to do business with. Bloody arsehole corporate! Ugh. Ok I’ve vented now.

The email notification service didnt work for me. I wanted alerts for when a car is availablefor a route and time period and I didnt get notified. I reckon it was because I requested a car and a van was available

Not a transfercar issue - but rental car insurance excesses are often too high and excess reduction too expensive. This prevents me from recommending transfercar more broadly.

This is not Transfercar's fault per se but the rental company held a massive security on my credit card and 5 days after my returning the vehicle, they are still to release it

Excellent serve ice, the only thing would be to clarify the liability fuel issues with each rental company before the hire. e.g. sometimes the rental company has no idea there's a free tank of fuel or wants to keep a large deposit even though the damage waiver has been selected.

There was a booking system bug where I could not end one booking and start another on the same day. This made it difficult to drive, fly then drive again. If this is fixed it would be a 10
