Make sure you have the right photo for the vehicle advertised. There is a big difference between a ford transit and a Toyota hiace, when you advertise cargo van and also make sure that the staff, who gets called to confirm the volume size know their stuff.

Yeah, it would be good to be able to negotiate some terms. For example, if I see a transfer from the North Island to the South Island that doesn't pay for the ferry, it would be great if when I request a vehicle I could have an option to say if you include ferry I will do this relocation

Do wish there was an option to reduce insurance excess down to under 1k, not that I needed it ... but then again, maybe I wouldn't have taken it anyway. ...

Not really your company, because the process is so easy and always so easy to follow. The rental companies are not always the best and have included hidden fees. Also some of the customers service has been horrible.
