Make sure the companies listing vehicles are legit, over a week since i dropped off vehicle, got told bond and ferry crossing would be transferred back to my account. However now no emails or phone calls get answered and still no money in my account

I was annoyed that you guys had selected the reduced excess for me when booking the car. So at the Avis desk, I could not remove it, and needed to pay an additional ~$35 a day. This basically meant the $4 rental was a $144 rental so feels slightly misadvertised. However overall I'm happy since it was a good deal I couldn't find elsewhere.

there were all these hidden charges from the rental company, including $327 NZD after we dropped the car off. We were never told of this. Plus charges of $123 when we picked up the vehicle.

Partly if it's made clearer that drop off point is not at the airport and transfer to airport is well organised with hirer. it will be easier for me to follow the process when I am more used to sending information remotely!

Maybe have the original conditions still available to see even when the relocation has been dropped off.. I have on more than one occasion had a problem proving that a tank of fuel was included as this information drops of when the rental is accepted on your website....
