I have used transfer twice now and have found the site to be easy to use and your response to my questions was very quick. Perhaps a little more information about the companies that are offering the transfer prior to booking would be appreciated but otherwise all good.

At first I had trouble with the system allowing me to lodge a request for the van. It took about 30 minutes for me to get the request accepted. Once that went through Jucy confirmed within the hour.

A pop up in the booking process for last minute bookings that details office hours. I had an issue with a last minute booking the first time I did one. 2nd time was fine

Have free windscreen cover on transfer cars travelling a far distance as no body likes to pay $5000 for a new windscreen if a rock flicks up and cracks the windscreen.
