Transfer car allowed me to book pickup at 6pm but Ace queenstown close at 5. I popped in earlier so all was fine with me but may not be for others

The cancelations I got stuck for 2 days in Auckland cos of a cancelation then also got stuck in Christchurch for a night sixt canceled both time but apex was really good and ended up helping to get us home

Liaison between Australia and NZ in terms of the time we wanted to pick up the van . Australia said it must be 12:00 and the chap at Queenstown was very happy when he rang us and we could pick up at 10:30
