Was a little bit nervous to book transfer car as I'd never really heard of it. But I think if people leave reviews it could reassure them that it's a legit service. I appreciated the service a lot and will be telling everyone about it 😊

The staff wasn't polite when i showed him the booking I made was from Sydney to Canberra. He said he had customers to serve and left me struggling with finding the contact of transfercar. Later another female staff admitted there was a mistake made and admitted they could rectify the booking from their end.
