I'm not exactly sure, there was quite a bit of uncertainty about whether your business was legit, and even when the rental company contacted me I still had concerns right up until the car was collected. How you overcome that I'm not sure.

You need to be able to ensure that a reply can be given over the weekends and not only on weekdays. Especially when a car is listed on Friday night with dates to pick up can be over that coming weekend, and then no reply until the Monday. It is very frustrating. There must be a way to call a number, even with the rental operator that can organise a time for the driver to collect the car.
