Yes, just one thing - I had been looking at various transfer cars and they were all with free gas, and I assumed the one that I finally booked was free gas too. Unfortunately, it wasn't and it cost me over 100 bucks because I didn't gas it up (which to do would have been no hassle). That one point could have been a bit more obvious. Cheers

Knowing there would be no one at the drop off area and that the keys just go in the hole in the wall. Great car and an enjoyable drive. Definitely recommend

The van was super old and dirty. When I delivered it to Brisbane the lady was quite rude about not having it cleaned before delivering it. When I picked the van up there was no mention of getting it cleaned on delivery all he said was make sure I deliver it with a half a tank of fuel. I didn’t use any of the utensils or linen, I drove and delivered it in the rain so there was a little bit of dirt on the floor. The weather meant it took me longer to get to Brisbane, so I was in a rush to deliver the van just in time. I’m not sure what I will be charged for the cleaning fee as I still haven’t received my deposit back, but if I had of known the expectations and had more time I would have had it delivered cleaner than the state I received it in.

I had a confirmed contract and had booked accommodation and inter island ferry on that basis. With less than an hour of ‘business hours’ notice, I was told the car was unavailable. Absolutely no support from Snap rentals or Transfercar was offered. I am currently deeply out of pocket

Yes while there are many great things about your service, your website could do with improving. It says it will notify a customer if they subscribe and put in their email but it doesn’t seem to do that. Sometimes there is no option to book button. Selecting cities for destination/origin will crash the page if selecting from the menu at the top.

Your service was good but the companies whose vechile i transferred the vehicle was not well prepared low oil level and washer bottle water not filled and also you can't pay to reduce the excess you are responsible for the full cost of everything any damage, to vehicle, flat tyres, windscreen damage etc etc will not rush out to transfer vechile for this company in future.
