There were concerns over the deposit taken from my account, as opposed to a ‘hold’ or ‘pending transaction’. Still trying to sort it, but I think that may be to do with the operator vs transfercar. Otherwise great service :)

I relocated an RV from Dallas to Los Angeles. During that trip, other cars kicked up rocks that caused two tiny chips in the front windshield - I was always on interstate highways, not offroad. I was charged $25 per chip which I think was ticky tacky given my work relocate the RV (even though it has to be termed a rental for insurance purposes) and the fact that I turned it in after 4 days instead of the maximum 7 which allowed that vehicle to join the regular rental fleet earlier to generate income for El Monte.
