A customer should not have to cover the cost of the vehicle for the Ferry ⛴️ Crossing as they are doing YOU A SERVICE by returning the vehicle for you. Also the windscreen was not cleaned before pick up and was dangerous to drive, whenever the sun was in vision. Cleaned outside at Petrol Station, unfortunately did not solve the problem. In evening, could not see the road ahead when vehicles approached as their lights affected my vision and found this dangerous to drive. Ended up having a slow trip to stay safe and arrive in Auckland in one piece. So that is why I gave you a 0.

The transfer car was actually cancelled by the rental company. And I was not informed. However, their staff helped me with another car.

I think some info to say that the vehicle was located off the airport site and transport was required to get there in the initial advert. This was annoying.

I did a free trnsfer car from Queenstown. I had to go to the petrol station and clean and vacume myself. When I called the airport she did not offer me anything just said sorry.
