Difficult company to contact and have had 4 requests recently expire and so am at a loss as to why the vehicles were listed but not available to be booked.

It was a bit fustrating to not know the fine print details about the actual hire until request was accepted. Eg the ride on transfer car said dunedin airport....but in fact had to be picked up from dunedin branch miles away. Also was quite dear optional insurance to reduce excess. I was declined my first request....would be nice to know if this decline works against me in future or if and what driver reviews happen? Other than the above i would be happy to use transfercar
