Everything was good. Perhaps making it clearer on the website what '2 free days' means exactly ie is it 8am to 8am 2 days later or just 2 full days

Booking was made for Jan 14th but entered as April 14th, arrived to collect vehicle which wasn’t there, created massive delay and ended up having to drive own vehicle and has cost me a lot of money and time due to now having to change return travel plans. Very disappointed

Having a contact phone for questions. I had a question surrounding insurance. I recently returned a truck from Wellington to Auckland. On transfer car it said I could reduce the excess but Budget said this was only applicable to cars - not trucks... This was confusing and required clarification.

Rental companies should inform you of the the state of their fleet and the year model of the vehicle so you can inform your clients. I had a relocation from Christchurch to Auckland and the aircon in the vehicle was not working
